Economix is aptly named because not only is the product economical to purchase, it enables less feed to be fed due to the increase in digestibility.

In addition to being ideal for putting condition on lean horses, Economix has been especially formulated to meet the needs of ponies, hacks, amateur performance horses, dry mares and spellers. Grains like oats and corn have been excluded to avoid the associated problems of 'fizzy' behaviour.
